KJ Stafford is an experienced music educator, arranger and clinician for students of all ages and experience levels.
Percussion Arranging
KJ has been arranging music for bands and percussion ensembles throughout the United States for almost twenty years. Those ensembles have seen high levels of competitive success performing his arrangements at events including Bands of America Championships, Winter Guard International Regionals and Championships as well as other circuits throughout the country. KJ can create a custom arrangement that will be tailored to highlight the strengths of your students and be musically appropriate to elevate your entire show.
Educational Clinics
KJ serves as the Assistant Percussion Caption Head of the Santa Clara Vanguard Drum and Bugle Corps as well as the band director of Hickory Middle School in Chesapeake, Virginia. With experience in such diverse educational environments, he is able to customize a clinic to be appropriate and engaging for students of all ages and experience levels.
